Alexandra C. Ross – BA, MA, Level II CD

Growing up in Europe gave me the opportunity to develop a strong work ethic, to appreciate diversity, and experience the variety of the European traditions and culture.  I am fluent in English, German, and conversational French and Spanish.  I further explored the South American and the North American culture and finally chose Canada – Vancouver BC to be my home and place to settle down.

My background is very diverse, however part of my work experience includes Property Management, and Hotel and Real Estate – covering everything from Sales, Marketing, Management and, Operations, all which helps me to grasp the work flow and daily challenges of a company life.

Being a mother of a boy and two older stepdaughters has helped me to understand the daily challenges of a family.  In addition to running my own companies and volunteering for various events;  the Professional Organizer Association has taught me the amount of pressure one can encounter, trying to balance both family and business.

Today, Chronic Disorganization as well as ADD and Hoarding are becoming more and more an issue around the world.  Therefore I decided to build upon my Psychology degree (which I received in Germany), and educated myself to specialize in Chronic Disorganization.  I earned my level II certificate in Chronic Disorganization and completed the series of classes related to hoarding at ICD (Institute for Challenging Disorganization – formerly NSGCD in USA).  I also received a certificate of completion as a Professional Organizer, in 2003 at HG Academy in Burbank, California.

I am lucky to have a professional team on my site assisting me with multiple projects, bigger Estate and Hoarding clients.  My education and experience as well as the strength of my individual team members enable my company to provide a variety of professional services to you.
