There are two legs to the organizing process: One is the physical organization of space, and the other is de-cluttering your mind. It’s one thing to get physically organized and another to get ready for the process. It’s important to keep and maintain a good level of organization.
Organizing is a continued process and not a not just a one-day job. It’s a process of letting go and forming good habits, and establishing boundaries, being able to maintain organization and a healthy life style.
Getting organized and coaching is a very individual, a very personal process , as there are a lot of emotions and psychology involved:
